If for any reason clients are not satisfied with an order, the item(s) can be returned for size exchange, or refund within 28 days of the merchandise’s delivery date.
E-mail firstname.lastname@example.org and please include the Order Number (T#######), the Item Code(s) of the item(s) to be returned and state if the return is for a size exchange, or a refund. For returns please enclose the invoice with the item(s) you are returning.
As an International customer, you can return your parcel using any postal service.
The parcel remains your responsibility until it arrives with us, remember to ask for proof of postage, so if your parcel goes missing in the mail, you’ll have proof you’ve sent it.
When you return your order, just pop your returns note in the parcel with the following details marked on it: your order number and which items you’re returning for a refund.
Items can be exchanged only when a different size or a different colour of the same Item Code is available. Exchanges for a different Item code are currently unavailable.
Refunds will be processed as soon as returned items have been checked and accepted.
For orders paid by credit card, the refunded amount will be available to customers in roughly 10 days and within their next billing statement. Processing time may vary depending on the credit card company.
Orders paid by Paypal or by bank transfer will be refunded to the original account.
Refunds will be issued in the same currency as the original purchase. Any differences in the amount refunded are due to exchange rate fluctuations and will not be reimbursed.
Returns must be shipped within 28 days of the order delivery date.
Return Terms and Conditions
The Security Tag must still be intact and attached to returned items. Item(s) must not have been worn, washed or altered in any way, and must not show any signs of use
Items must be returned with all original tags, packaging and other accessories (dustbags, hangers, garment covers etc.)received with the order.
Our clients may request recall in the following situations:
1.Packages show severe damage;
2.Products were delivered / invoiced wrong. Products other than those requested must be notified immediately, and the consumer will refuse acceptance. Consumers may request its return for replacement, and if the product is not in stock, can opt for replacement or full refund of consideration. If they agree to replace it with a product of higher value, will pay the difference, or if the value is lower, will receive a partial refund to the value of the product replacement. Transportation costs for return and replacement product, if any, shall be borne by the customer.
3.Products manufacturing defects;
4 The products were sized incorrectly ordered by the Customer;
5.The consumer has the right to give notice in writing to the trader that he cancelles the purchase without penalty and without giving any reason, within 10 days after receiving the product. Also, in accordance with art. Article 7. 1 of Ordinance 130/2000, the Customer has the right to cancel the distance contract within 10 days of receipt of product / goods, without penalty and without giving any reason. In this case, the direct cost of returning the goods will fall, according to the law, on the Customer.
6.If they agree to replace it with a higher value product, the customer will pay the difference, or if the value is lower, will receive a partial refund to the value of the product replacement. Transportation costs for return and replacement product, if any, shall be borne by the customer.
